The playing area is 10 m × 20 m (about 33 × 66 ft), and the slab for one court is about 38 × 70 ft. You may also need about 5 ft cleared around the slab for access. We confirm it when we evaluate your site. See court size and space.

It depends mostly on permit review and court delivery. Once work starts, the slab and the installation each take about one to two weeks on site. You get a schedule at the start of the project.

In most towns, yes, for both the slab and the court structure. Every town handles it differently. We put together the design package your building and planning departments review. Engineer-stamped drawings are available as an added service when your town requires them.

Often, yes, but the existing court almost always needs some modification. It depends on what the court was built from, its condition and a few other factors. Hard courts and clay courts aren't stable enough to carry a padel court without added foundations. On an asphalt court, we typically cut a perimeter beam into the existing surface. A site visit tells us what's needed. One tennis court can be converted to one padel court and one pickleball court on the existing court base. More on conversions.

Yes. Through our parent company, Cape and Island Tennis & Track, we also build tennis courts, pickleball courts and running tracks. If padel is part of a larger racquet sports project, we can take on the whole project.
